Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Terms

Due to the nature of our digital products, DIJIGATE Technology Services L.L.C FZ (“Company”, “we”, or “TopUpCenter”) does not accept refunds after automatic delivery. However, refund or cancellation requests may be considered under the following conditions.

2. Cancellation Conditions

  • Before Order Confirmation: Requests made before payment confirmation can be submitted via [email protected] and will be processed immediately.
  • Before Automatic Delivery: If the product has not yet been delivered to your account, your payment will be refunded using the original payment method.
  • E-pin / Code Delivery: If the code has not yet been delivered, your cancellation request will be processed and refunded accordingly.

3. Refund Conditions

  • Incorrect Delivery: In case of incorrect product delivery or system error, contact [email protected] within 7 business days with your invoice and a screenshot. Once verified, the product will be resent or a refund will be issued.
  • Technical Issues: If your order was not completed due to a system malfunction, your payment will be refunded.
  • Expiration: If an e-pin code is not used within 30 days of delivery, you may request a refund.

4. Refund Timeframe

Once approved, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method or bank policy.
